TBG Furniture Limited (TBG) has attracted investment from Blandford Capital, who have acquired the Belfield Group business from NorthEdge Capital and provided funds to accelerate growth.
TBG comprises Westbridge Furniture, Tetrad, Belfield Leisure and Clinchplain, and is a leading, UK-based, premium manufacturer of upholstered furniture and soft furnishings, known for the development of high quality, design-led products, delivered to a diverse customer base. TBG supplies the UK and export retail, leisure and furniture trade sectors from its sites in North Wales, Lancashire, Derbyshire and Romania and employs nearly 1,000 people, generating revenues of around £85 million per year.
Tom Prestwich, CEO, and the management team will continue to lead the business under the new ownership.
