Northampton based AIT Home Delivery is bringing holiday cheer to thousands of children this Christmas delivering presents to those in need.
The leading two-person delivery specialists s have been organising toy collections at their Northampton headquarters and across depots nationwide, all in an effort to bring joy to children near and far.
AIT Home Delivery teammates have been playing the role of Santa’s helpers, donating new toys to ensure that many children receive a special gift this Christmas. This includes children in the children’s ward at Northampton General Hospital and at Rainbows Hospice.
In addition to these efforts, AIT Home Delivery is going above and beyond by making seasonal deliveries in support of Northampton Town Football Club’s Christmas Toy Campaign, which also benefits The Children’s Trust in Northamptonshire.
The company has generously offered its services to safely transport the thousands of toys donated by staff members, Cobblers fans, and local businesses as part of the club’s annual toy collection at Sixfields Stadium.
Samuel Scott, Sales Director of AIT Home Delivery, shared: “We are delighted to partner with Northampton Town Football Club this winter for their Christmas Toy Campaign. It’s particularly heartwarming to have the opportunity help spread some Christmas joy within our local communities and we are so pleased we can give our support.”
Vicki Barber, Head of People and Engagement at AIT Home Delivery, added: “Our generous teammates at all of our AIT Home Delivery locations across the country have not only donated gifts but are also proud to provide the necessary transport to ensure these toys reach children in Northamptonshire and beyond.”
Players from Northampton Town Football Club joined AIT Home Delivery staff to hand over piles of presents destined to bring holiday cheer. The AIT Home Delivery team also delivered gifts to the Disney Ward at Northampton General Hospital, The Children’s Trust in Northamptonshire, and Loughborough based Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People which specialises in the car of babies, young children and young people with life limiting conditions.
