Interiors firm delivers sales growth and returns to profit

Design and interior furnishings provider LOFT has reported an increase in sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, total sales rose 9.3% to £16.4m from £15m in 2023.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1,446, improving from its loss of £883,000 recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said: “These impressive results are well-aligned with our projected expectations, driven primarily by an uptick in sales activities throughout London and the South and from our Projects division. Our strategic initiative to expand our team has generated considerable returns.

“This revenue growth was predominantly driven by our Projects channel, which experienced an exceptional year-on-year growth rate of 37%.

“Having navigated a tumultuous three-year period characterised by the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical instability, and a persistent cost of living crisis, our financial performance in FY24 is a testament to the resilience and adaptability of LOFT.

“We are optimistic about our capacity to capture a greater share of the residential property market and maintain our growth momentum in the forthcoming years.”
